试验样品采自黔西南某金矿,含金1.97×10-6,砷1.27%,有机碳1.62%,是典型的低品位含碳难处理金矿,直接氰化金浸出率<3%。试验对比了碳浸法、煤油掩蔽法、次氯酸盐处理法和微波处理法的提金效果。碳浸氰化金浸出率仅为17.26%,添加煤油作为掩蔽剂磨矿-氰化后金的浸出率可提高到41%~42%,次氯酸盐预处理工艺效果不佳。微波处理工艺取得较好的结果,金浸出率可以达到82%以上,但需要在矿石中配入一定量的辅助药剂。

시험양품채자검서남모금광,함금1.97×10-6,신1.27%,유궤탄1.62%,시전형적저품위함탄난처리금광,직접청화금침출솔<3%。시험대비료탄침법、매유엄폐법、차록산염처리법화미파처리법적제금효과。탄침청화금침출솔부위17.26%,첨가매유작위엄폐제마광-청화후금적침출솔가제고도41%~42%,차록산염예처리공예효과불가。미파처리공예취득교호적결과,금침출솔가이체도82%이상,단수요재광석중배입일정량적보조약제。
T he samples were collected from a gold mine in southwest of Guizhou Province,which are all of the typical of low-grade refractory gold ore containing 1.97×10-6 Au,1.27%As and 1.62%organic carbon.The leaching rate of gold by cyanidation is lower than 3%.Reseasch on CIL,kerosene masking,hypochlorite pretreatment, microwave pretreatment was carried out to study the effect of leaching gold.The leaching rate of gold by CIL is 17.26%.By adding kerosene to grinding,cyanidation leaching rate of gold can be increased to 41%~42%.And the results of hypochlorite leaching are not good.The third process,microwave pretreatment achieve better results.After microwave pretreatment,the leaching rate of gold by cyanidation can be increased to over 82%,but need to add some special agents to the ore.
