使用喷洒的方式,将磷酸三丁酯均匀负载到泡沫塑料上,制备了一种磷酸三丁酯增塑泡沫塑料,提高了对金的吸附率。在一定的酸度下,使用磷酸三丁酯增塑泡沫塑料对经过王水处理的氰化液溶液中的金进行富集,被吸附的金使用热的硫脲溶液解脱,以火焰原子吸收分光光度计法测定。对高、中、低3个水平氰化液的管理样品(2586.4,240.4,25.2μg/L)进行测定,回收率分别为99.65%、101.08%和101.19%。取200μg金标准溶液13份进行平行操作,测定其平均值为198.45μg,相对标准差为2.27%,检出限为4μg/L。使用0.3 g磷酸三丁酯增塑泡沫塑料,吸附容量在8 mg时,金的吸附率仍然可达到98.37%。与传统的吸附方法相比,本方法吸附率高,操作更简便,能够满足氰化液中金含量分析的要求。

The tributyl phosphate was loaded evenly onto the foam by spray way,then prepared a tributyl phosphate plasticized foam,all of which increased the gold adsorption rate.Under certain acidity,using tributyl phosphate plasticizing foam-plastic enriched gold in cyanide liquid which had been treated by aqua regia,and liberated the adsorbed gold by hot thiourea solution,then determined the gold by FAAS.Cyanide solution samples on high, middle,low three levels were determined,the concentration of which were 2 586.4 μg/L,240.4 μg/L and 25.2 μg/L,and the recovery rates were 99.65%,101.08% and 101.19%.Taken 13 parts by weight to 200 μg gold standard solution and operated,its average quality was 198.45 μg,its relative standard deviation was 2.27%,osphate and the adsorption capacity is 8 mg,the adsorption rate of gold can still reach 98.37%. Compared with the traditional methods of adsorption,the method has higher adsorption rate,more convenient operation,and it can meet requirements for gold content analysis in cyanide solution.
