分析了高校中普遍存在的辅导员与大学生的冲突问题，对其冲突类型进行了归类，然后从后现代的视角对其进行了分析，提出了以人为本的制度擅变、多元化思维下的文化兼容、对话基础下的利益矛盾化解、历史延续性的价值观完善等建议，为学生工作能够和谐有序的发展提供保障。
分析瞭高校中普遍存在的輔導員與大學生的遲突問題，對其遲突類型進行瞭歸類，然後從後現代的視角對其進行瞭分析，提齣瞭以人為本的製度擅變、多元化思維下的文化兼容、對話基礎下的利益矛盾化解、歷史延續性的價值觀完善等建議，為學生工作能夠和諧有序的髮展提供保障。

This paper analyses the conflicts between college counselors and students generally existing in universi -ties.The types of conflicts are classified .From the perspective of postmodernism , some suggestions are put for-ward, such as the people-oriented system alteration , the cultural compatibility under pluralistic thinking , resolving the interest conflict under the dialogue foundation , values improvement based historical continuity , to develop student work harmonious and orderly .
