在以磷石膏钙渣和不溶性含钾岩石为原料制备新型硅钙钾肥的最佳生产工艺条件的基础上,考察了混合均匀度(以SO2-4的含量来表示)随混合时间的变化规律;采用不同混合时间段的原料制备硅钙钾肥,测定了钾的转化量随混合时间的变化情况。试验结果表明:磷石膏钙渣与不溶性含钾岩石均匀混合时,硅钙钾肥中钾的转化量随着原料粒度的减小而增大,当原料粒度<180μm(>80目)时,不溶性钾完全转化为可溶性钾;但当原料粒度达到180μm(80目)时,原料混合不均匀会影响硅钙钾肥中钾的转化量,即混合时间不足90 s时,硅钙钾肥中钾的转化量小于5.19%。

Based on the best production process conditions of making a new kind of silicon-calcium-potassium fertilizer by calcium slag of phosphogypsum and insoluble potassium -containing rock, the change law of mixing homogeneity ( indicated on basis of SO 2 -4 content ) with time is investigated;using raw materials of different mixing time to make silicon-calcium-potassium fertilizers , the inversion quantity of potassium changed with time are measured .Experimental results show that when calcium slag of phosphogypsum and insoluble potassium-containing rock mixed uniformly , the inversion quantity of potassium in silicon-calcium-potassium fertilizer increases as granularity of raw materials decreases , and when granularity of raw materials <180 μm ( >80 mesh ) , insoluble potassium is changed into soluble potassium completely;but when granularity of raw materials reaches 180 μm (80 mesh ) , the non-uniformity mix of raw materials has effect on inversion quantity of potassium in silicon-calcium-potassium fertilizer , that is, when mixing time is less than 90 s, the inversion quantity of potassium in silicon-calcium-potassium fertilizer is less than 5.19%.
