针对目前复混肥生产装置存在的造粒塔塔底颗粒温度偏高、圆整度差等问题,对广西某高塔造粒过程进行了现场测试,以期为工艺改进提供数据依据。重点介绍了测试方法、测试仪器,并分析了测试结果。结果表明:在造粒塔内,气体平均温升为7.5℃,气固比为15102.49 m3/t,颗粒主要集中在塔半径4.5~7.5 m的圆环内,塔底颗粒体积表面积平均粒径为Φ2.50 mm,颗粒粒径主要集中在Φ2.00~4.00 mm范围内。

In connection with current problems of compound fertilizer production unit , such as higher temperature of granule at prilling tower bottom and poor spheroidalization , a site test of high tower prilling process in Guanxi Autonomous Region is carried out to provide data reference source for process improvement .The emphasis is put on test method , and test instrument , test results are analyzed.Test results show that in prilling tower , average temperature rising of gas is 7.5 ℃, gas-solid ratio is 15 102.49 m3/t, granules are mainly distributed in circular ring of tower radius 4.5 ~7.5 m, surface mean diameter of granules at the bottom of prilling tower is Φ2.50 mm, most of granule diameter are in range of Φ2.00~4.00 mm.
