本文在分析和把握当前高校辅导员科研能力提升上存在学科背景复杂，专业相关度不高，缺乏系统培训，科研意识薄弱，科研投入时间不足等原因，分别从增强高校辅导员的科研意识、培养“问题”意识，组建研究团队，利用学术平台，加强培训等方面对提升高校辅导员科研能力的路径进行了探讨。

This paper gives an analysis of the problems that college advisors face in uplifting their sci-entific research ability.College advisors have complicated discipline backgrounds which are not highly correlated with their j ob;they lack systematic training and are weak in their scientific research con-sciousness;the time they invest in scientific research is inadequate.To solve these problems,efforts must be made to enhance college advisors'scientific research consciousness and problem awareness, build research teams,make good use of academic platforms and step up the training.
