在对于预警系统的各环节进行梳理,并采用定性模拟的方法对于系统内部的协同性进行研究。根据预警系统中各环节之间的相关性设定了定性模拟的约束与规则,经由QSIM算法验证了系统内部各环节间的相互作用,因此对于加深人们对于预警系统的理解与指导实际预警工作有一定的借鉴意义。

The early warning system plays an important role in the risk control. Doing research on the operating mechanism of the early warning system is helpful for the government to monitor and prevent the possible risk. This paper summarizes the inner segments of the early warning system and discusses the collaboration of the system based on qualitative simulation. The restrains and rule of the segments are set and the interactions are proved by the algorithm which obviously shows guiding significance in the government’s risk control.
