为了解决工程船舶动力复合驱动、负载形式多样性、负载总量远大于动力配置总功率的矛盾,达到合理科学配置装机功率、提高动力系统配置的均衡性、经济性和安全性,根据船舶工况建立基于模式控制的工程船舶功率管理系统,自动合理分配和动态调整各设备的使用功率,保护设备及船舶的安全。文中以某8000m3/h自航耙吸挖泥船为例,剖析了基于模式控制的功率管理系统(PMS)在挖泥船中的应用。

To seek a solution composite drive of a work ship, load variation and the contradiction that total load is far greater than the total power from the power collocation, this paper establishes power management system of the work ship based on the model control, which can scientiifcally collocate the installation power and improve the equilibrium, economy and safety of the power system collocation. This system can automatically performs the reasonable collocation and dynamic adjustment of the power of each equipment for the safety of equipments and the ship. Taking an 8 000 m3/h self-propelled trailing suction hopper dredger as an example, the paper analyses the application of PMS in work ship based on model control.
