以满足CCS关于回旋振动的要求为基础,提出了适合某型船的多种轴系布置方案,从轴承负荷和轴系强度方面进行了比较分析,得出轴系布置的初步优化方案。通过全面的校中、纵向振动和扭转振动计算对初步优化方案进行了进一步优化调整,最终实现该型船的推进轴系优化设计。

Based on the whirling vibration requirements of CCS, this paper designs several shafting arrangements for a certain ship, and carries out the comparative analysis of the bear load and shafting strength for a preliminary optimization scheme of shafting arrangement. Through the comprehensive calculation of shafting alignment, longitudinal vibration and torsional vibration, it optimizes and adjusts the preliminary arrangement, and ifnally achieves the optimization design of the propulsion shafting for the ship.
