采用免疫组织化学的方法研究了速激肽1型受体(NK1R)在斑胸草雀脑干发声控制核团和部分听觉中枢内的分布及阳性标记特征。结果显示,NK1R广泛分布于斑胸草雀发声控制核团和部分听觉中枢内;1)发声控制相关核团:中脑丘间复合体背内侧核(DM)有大量的 NK1R免疫阳性胞体标记,极少出现纤维;中脑腹侧被盖区(VTA)、黑质致密部(SNc)及周围脑区有大量的 NK1R阳性胞体和 NK1R免疫阳性纤维分布;2)听觉中枢:中脑背外侧核(MLd)和耳蜗核前庭外侧核(NM)有密集的胞体标记;而耳蜗核层状核(NL)及角核(NA)有少量 NK1R 阳性胞体分散分布,且角核可见大量密集深染纤维。本实验结果提示 NK1R可能在鸣禽的发声控制及听觉中枢内具有重要的生理功能。
採用免疫組織化學的方法研究瞭速激肽1型受體(NK1R)在斑胸草雀腦榦髮聲控製覈糰和部分聽覺中樞內的分佈及暘性標記特徵。結果顯示,NK1R廣汎分佈于斑胸草雀髮聲控製覈糰和部分聽覺中樞內;1)髮聲控製相關覈糰:中腦丘間複閤體揹內側覈(DM)有大量的 NK1R免疫暘性胞體標記,極少齣現纖維;中腦腹側被蓋區(VTA)、黑質緻密部(SNc)及週圍腦區有大量的 NK1R暘性胞體和 NK1R免疫暘性纖維分佈;2)聽覺中樞:中腦揹外側覈(MLd)和耳蝸覈前庭外側覈(NM)有密集的胞體標記;而耳蝸覈層狀覈(NL)及角覈(NA)有少量 NK1R 暘性胞體分散分佈,且角覈可見大量密集深染纖維。本實驗結果提示 NK1R可能在鳴禽的髮聲控製及聽覺中樞內具有重要的生理功能。

Immunohistochemistry was used to characterize neurokinin-1 receptor (NK1R)distribution in vocal control-related nucleus and auditory nucleus in the brain stem of adult male zebra finch.It was found that NK1R was distributed widely in vocal control-related nucleus and in auditory pathway in the brain stem of adult male zebra finch.Abundant NK1R immunopositive soma but few fibers were identified in vocal control nuclei DM (dorsomedial nucleus of intercollicular complex).Numerous NK1R-positive soma and fibers were found in vocal control nuclei VTA (ventral tegmental area)and SNc (substantia nigra compacta)as well as encephalic regions around them in midbrain.Intensive NK1R-positive soma were found in auditory center nucleus MLd (mesencephalicus lateralis pars dorsalis)and cochlear nucleus NM (nucleus magnocellularis).A few labeled soma were dispersed in cochlear nucleus NL (nucleus laminaris)and in NA (nucleus angularis),abundant strongly labeled fibers were found in NA.These data suggest that NK1R plays an important physiological role in vocal production and auditory perception.
