用青贮骆驼刺进行倍比稀释、涂布获得单菌落，单菌落在PDA培养基上划线纯化，获得3株革兰氏阳性菌，经菌落形态特征鉴定、生理生化特征鉴定及ITS（ITS1+5.8S+ITS2）序列同源性分析，结果表明：其中1株菌红色单菌落的细胞形态呈圆形或椭圆形且中央隆起，能够利用蔗糖、D-半乳糖等多种碳源和（NH4）2SO4、L-谷氨酸2种氮源，不利用KNO3，5.8S rDNA测序的序列全长616 bp，采用DNA Star软件分析序列与胶红酵母标准菌株ATCC 4054（NCBI登录号：KC881069）的5.8S rDNA基因序列同源性为99.8%，确定其为胶红酵母（Rhodotorula mucilaginosa）。

Alhagi sparsifolia silage was diluted and coated to obtain single bacteria. And single bacteria were purified on PDA medium to obtain three stains of Gram positive bacteria. And the colony morphological identification, physiological and biological properties and ITS (ITS1+5.8S+ITS2)sequencing homology analysis were made on the positive bacteria. The results showed that one strain of red single colony was round or oval,and its centre was ridgy. This stain was able to utilize varied of carbon sources (sucrose, D-galactose, etc.) and two kinds of nitrogen sources [(NH4)2SO4 and L-glutamic acid]. But this strain wasn′t able to utilize KNO3. The whole sequence length of 5.8S rDNA was 616 bp. The homology between this strain and Rhodotorula mucilaginosa ATCC 4054(NCBI accession number:KC881069)was 99.8%by DNA Star Software. So this strain was identified as Rhodotorula mucilaginosa.
