依据陶行知的“教、学、做合一”理论和教育部《关于大力推进教师教育课程改革的意见》,抚顺师专学前教育专业不断探索“教、学、做一体”的人才培养模式:通过多元智能的人才观,制定了嵌入式人才培养方案;通过工作过程的课程观,探索出“4+1”五位一体的教学模式;遵循行动导向的教学观,“主”“辅”教学方法相结合;开展以提高实践能力为重点的多种课外活动;建立以学生职业能力发展为目标的教学评价体系。通过几年的教学实践,取得了较好效果。

의거도행지적“교、학、주합일”이론화교육부《관우대력추진교사교육과정개혁적의견》,무순사전학전교육전업불단탐색“교、학、주일체”적인재배양모식:통과다원지능적인재관,제정료감입식인재배양방안;통과공작과정적과정관,탐색출“4+1”오위일체적교학모식;준순행동도향적교학관,“주”“보”교학방법상결합;개전이제고실천능력위중점적다충과외활동;건립이학생직업능력발전위목표적교학평개체계。통과궤년적교학실천,취득료교호효과。
Based on Tao Xingzhi's theory "the combination of teaching, learning and doing" and "opinions on vigorously promoting the teacher education curriculum reform" fromthe Ministry of Education, the pre-school education specialty has continuously explored "teaching, learning and doing" training mode:through the multiple intelligences talent view, it form ulates the embedded talent training scheme, through the curriculumview of working process, it explores the "4 + 1" five integrated teaching mode;following the action oriented teaching concept, it combines the teaching methods of"major" and "secondary". It carries out a variety of extracurricular activities with the key point of improving the practical ability;it establishes the teaching evaluation system with the goal of improving students' vocational ability. Through several years of teaching practice, it has achieved good results.
