学校文化是一所学校重要的精神支柱，文化育人对于学校的可持续发展起着不容忽视的作用，因此探索文化育人智慧十分必要。高职文化育人智慧应该从以下方面着手：学校教育，用文化管理；品德教育，用文化浸润；智慧课堂，用文化滋养；校园活动，用文化引领；教师发展，用文化引领；安全防线，用文化链接。

The school culture is the spiritual pillar of a school;cultural education plays an important role for its sustainable development, so it is necessary to explore cultural educational wisdom. Higher vocational education wisdom should be conducted fromthe following aspects:school education by cultural management;moral deuction by cultural infiltration;wisdom class with culture;campus activities with the cultural guidance;teacher development with culture guidance;and security defense line with the cultural link.
