室内条件下采用叶片药膜法分别测定氧化乐果和甲萘威对黄褐天幕毛虫( Malacosoma neustria testa-cea)3龄幼虫的毒力;采用分光光度法测定2种药剂亚致死剂量对黄褐天幕毛虫的羧酸酯酶(CarE),谷胱甘肽S-转移酶( GSTs)活性的影响。结果表明:氧化乐果对黄褐天幕毛虫的24、48 h的LC20分别为33.975、8.298 mg? L-1,甲萘威24、48 h的LC20分别为23.314、1.863 mg? L-1。经氧化乐果和甲萘威亚致死剂量处理后,幼虫体内的CarE在6~48 h内均被不同程度抑制,其中处理12 h活性降到最低,分别为对照的0.51、0.36倍;氧化乐果亚致死剂量对幼虫体内的GSTs表现为抑制-激活-抑制作用,在处理后24 h对该酶的激活作用最强,为同期对照的1.37倍。亚致死剂量甲萘威处理6~12 h内幼虫体内GSTs被激活,随后逐渐被抑制。

We adopted leaf-dip method to evaluate omethoate and carbaryl against the third instar of Malacosoma neustir a testacea and used sepectrophotometry to assess the effect of sublethal concentration of the two pesticides on activities of carboxyles -terase and glutathione S-transferase.For 24 h and 48 h treatment, the LC20 of omethoate were 33.975 and 8.298 mg? L-1 , and the LC20 of carbaryl were 23.314 and 1.863 mg? L-1, respectively.The activities of CarE in lavae were inhibited at different level within 6-48 h treatment of sublethal concentration of omethoate and carbary .Compared to CK , the activities of CarE were decreased by 51%and 36%, respectively, after 12 h treatment, which were decreased to the lowest level .By the treatment of the sublethal concentration of omethoat , the activity of GSTs was inhibited firstly , then increased and in-hibited finally .After 24 h treatment with sublethal concentration of omethoate , the activity was increased by 1.37 times compared to that of CK , which was at highest level .Within 6-12 h of treatment with sublethal concentration of carbaryl , the activity of GSTs in larvae was increased firstly , and then decreased gradually .
