Populus euramericana“N3016”×Populus ussuriensis%Hybridization%Selection%Regional trial
以速生欧美杨中荷64号杨(Populus×euramericana“N3016”)为母本、大青杨(Populus ussuriensis)为父本,经室内人工控制水培杂交获得F1代杂交种,在寒温带半干旱地区,经苗期筛选、无性系建立、品系评比到区域化试验示范等13年多地点多指标的测定,选育出杨树杂交新品种黑青杨( P.euramericana“N3016”×P.ussuriensis)雄性无性系。该品种干通直饱满,分枝角38.2°,11年生木材气干密度为0.35 g/cm3,纤维长宽比50.6。在齐齐哈尔地区11年生时单株平均树高、胸径和材积分别为14.8 m、16.2 cm和0.137 m3,分别超过对照品种小黑杨( P.si-monii×P.nigra)8.4%、12.7%和33.3%。对杨灰斑病、锈病、烂皮病、溃疡病及青杨天牛(Saperda populnea)、白杨透翅蛾( Paranthrene tabaniformis)、树蜂等抗性较强。在北纬47°56′以南、最低温-36.4℃以上、降水量大于400 mm、无霜期120 d以上的自然条件下生长良好。
以速生歐美楊中荷64號楊(Populus×euramericana“N3016”)為母本、大青楊(Populus ussuriensis)為父本,經室內人工控製水培雜交穫得F1代雜交種,在寒溫帶半榦旱地區,經苗期篩選、無性繫建立、品繫評比到區域化試驗示範等13年多地點多指標的測定,選育齣楊樹雜交新品種黑青楊( P.euramericana“N3016”×P.ussuriensis)雄性無性繫。該品種榦通直飽滿,分枝角38.2°,11年生木材氣榦密度為0.35 g/cm3,纖維長寬比50.6。在齊齊哈爾地區11年生時單株平均樹高、胸徑和材積分彆為14.8 m、16.2 cm和0.137 m3,分彆超過對照品種小黑楊( P.si-monii×P.nigra)8.4%、12.7%和33.3%。對楊灰斑病、鏽病、爛皮病、潰瘍病及青楊天牛(Saperda populnea)、白楊透翅蛾( Paranthrene tabaniformis)、樹蜂等抗性較彊。在北緯47°56′以南、最低溫-36.4℃以上、降水量大于400 mm、無霜期120 d以上的自然條件下生長良好。

F1 generation hybrids were obtained through controlled hydroponics hybridization indoors by taking P.×euramericana (Dode) cv.‘Zhonghe64’ and Populus ussuriensis Kom.as female and male parent, respectively.By determining the multi-site and multi-index for 13 years within the selection at seedling stage , establishing clone , strain appraisals and re-gionalization pilot demonstration , cloning new varieties of male , we selectedP opulus euramericana“N3016”×Populus us-suriensis.This variety is straight and full with the branching angle of 38.2°, and the air-dry density&fiber aspect ratio of 11-year-old Populus eurameir cana“N3016”×Populus ussuriensis are 0.35 g? cm-3 and 50.6, respectively.The average tree height, DBH and the volume of 11-year-old Populus euramericana “N3016”×Populus ussuriensis in Qiqihar region are 14.8 m, 16.2 cm and 0.137 m3, respectively, which are 8.4% , 12.7%and 33.3%larger than that of the CK (Populus simonii×P. nigra) .Poup lus euramericana“N3016”×Populus ussuriensis have stronger resistance on the main diseases ( grey leaf-spot of poplar, poplar rust, Valsa sordida Nits., Botryosphaeriair bis (Tode) Grossenb.et Duggar) and the main boring beetles ( Saperda populnea L., Paranthrene Tabaniformis and Siricidae ) .Populus euramericana“N3016”×Populus ussuriensis grew well under the condition of southern latitude 47°56′, above minimum temperature of -36.4℃, precipitation of more than 400 mm, and above 120 d of frost-free period.
