解偶联蛋白2(UCP2)是一种具有解偶联功能的蛋白质,普遍认为其与脂肪酸代谢、调节ATP生成有关。利用实时荧光定量PCR技术,对不同月龄(6、8、10月龄)小尾寒羊4种内脏(心脏、脾脏、肾脏、瘤胃)组织中UCP2基因的表达量进行了分析。结果表明,UCP2基因在6~10月龄小尾寒羊相同内脏中的表达量差异不显著(P>0.05),但在脾脏中的表达量显著(P<0.05)高于心脏、肾脏和瘤胃,而后三者之间表达量差异不显著(P>0.05)。试验证明了UCP2基因在小尾寒羊内脏组织中有广泛表达,为UCP2基因可能与免疫相关的观点提供了证据,并且说明在6~10月龄的月龄段内,UCP2基因在小尾寒羊内脏组织中的表达受月龄的影响较小。

The uncoupling proteins 2 (UCP2) is one kind of protein which has uncoupling function. The general belief is that UCP2 is related to the fatty acid metabolism and ATP generation. The expression of UCP2 gene in different visceral tissues of small-tailed Han sheep at three age stages (6,8 and 10 months of age) was analyzed by real-time quantitative PCR technique. The result showed that ages did not affect the expression of UCP2 gene in the same visceral tissue (P>0.05);the expression level of UCP2 gene in spleen was significantly higher than that in heart, kidney and rumen (P<0.05), but there was no significant difference in heart, kidney and rumen (P>0.05). This experimental results support the fact of wide expression of UCP2 gene in visceral tissue of small-tailed Han sheep and the viewpoint that there is an association between UCP2 gene and the immunity. Furthermore, it is indicated that ages has little effect on the expression of UCP2 gene in the visceral tissue of small-tailed Han sheep at 6-10 months of age.
