试验以复合高分子物质为包被壁材,以奶牛泌乳期复合维生素颗粒为芯材,采用先制粒后底喷型流化床包衣工艺制备反刍动物瘤胃保护复合维生素。结果表明,在理想制粒及包衣工艺参数条件下,包材与芯材的适宜比例为6%~8%。

시험이복합고분자물질위포피벽재,이내우비유기복합유생소과립위심재,채용선제립후저분형류화상포의공예제비반추동물류위보호복합유생소。결과표명,재이상제립급포의공예삼수조건하,포재여심재적괄의비례위6%~8%。
Taking composite polymer material as coating wall and multivitamins particles of lactation cows as core materials, rumen-protected multivitamin were prepared through granulating and coating with composite polymer by fluidized bed. Results showed that the optimal coating and core proportions of RP-multivitamin product according to the technology parameters were 6%-8%.
