目的:观察电针胰俞穴对2型糖尿病大鼠血清血脂、胰岛素、胰岛素敏感指数、脂联素水平的影响,从而探讨电针胰俞穴治疗2型糖尿病的可能机制。方法:将30只雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为正常组(8只)和2型糖尿病造模组(22只),造模成功后根据血糖水平随机区组分为模型组8只,电针胰俞组8只。治疗4周,每周末检测空腹血糖( FBG)和体重。4周后取血清,以生化法检测甘油三酯( TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)水平;以放免法检测空腹胰岛素(FIS)、脂联素( APN)水平;计算胰岛素敏感指数。结果:与正常组相比,模型组FBG、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C水平均显著升高( P<0.05);体重、ISI、APN均显著下降( P<0.05)。与模型组相比,电针胰俞组TC、LDL-C水平均下降,但差异无统计学意义;FBG、体重、TG、HDL-C、脂联素水平显著下降( P<0.05);ISI显著升高( P<0.05)。结论:电针胰俞穴可降低2型糖尿病大鼠空腹血糖、血清血脂和脂联素水平,提高胰岛素敏感指数。

목적:관찰전침이유혈대2형당뇨병대서혈청혈지、이도소、이도소민감지수、지련소수평적영향,종이탐토전침이유혈치료2형당뇨병적가능궤제。방법:장30지웅성Wistar대서수궤분위정상조(8지)화2형당뇨병조모조(22지),조모성공후근거혈당수평수궤구조분위모형조8지,전침이유조8지。치료4주,매주말검측공복혈당( FBG)화체중。4주후취혈청,이생화법검측감유삼지( TG)、총담고순(TC)、고밀도지단백(HDL-C)、저밀도지단백(LDL-C)수평;이방면법검측공복이도소(FIS)、지련소( APN)수평;계산이도소민감지수。결과:여정상조상비,모형조FBG、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C수평균현저승고( P<0.05);체중、ISI、APN균현저하강( P<0.05)。여모형조상비,전침이유조TC、LDL-C수평균하강,단차이무통계학의의;FBG、체중、TG、HDL-C、지련소수평현저하강( P<0.05);ISI현저승고( P<0.05)。결론:전침이유혈가강저2형당뇨병대서공복혈당、혈청혈지화지련소수평,제고이도소민감지수。
Objective:To investigate the effects of electro -acupuncture at EX -B3 on serum lipid,FIS,ISI and APN of T2DM rats,then to discuss the mechanism of electro -acupuncture at EX -B3 on T2DM.Meth-ods:Thirty male wistar rats were randomly divided into a normal control ( including 8 rats) group and a T2DM modeling group(including 22 rats),then the rats of T2DM were divided into model control group and electro -acupuncture at EX -B3 group according to their fast blood glucose ,with each group containing 8 rats.Interfere with electro-acupuncture for four weeks and then extract blood serum ,measure TG,TC,HDL-C and LDL-C with biochemical process ,while measure FIS and APN with radioimmunoassay ,and calculate insulin sensitivity index.Results:Compared with the normal control group ,the levels of FBG,TC,HDL-C,LDL-C of rats in model control group elevated obviously (P<0.05),and the levels of body weight,ISI and APN declined obvi-ously(P<0.05).Compared with the model control group ,the levels of TC,LDL-C of rats in model electro -acupuncture group declined but without statistical significance ,while the levels of FBG ,body weight ,TC,HDL-C,APN declined obviously(P<0.05),and the level of ISI rose obviously (P<0.05).Conclusion:Electro-acupuncture at EX -B3 can decline the levels of FBG ,serum lipid and APN and can improve ISI of T 2 DM rats.
