目的：探讨温针灸联合中药治疗膝关节退行性关节炎的临床疗效。方法：将100例膝关节退行性关节炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，各50例。两组均取穴：内外膝眼、鹤顶穴。治疗组在针灸基础上加用中药治疗。经治疗观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果：经过比较治疗组在治愈率上明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。两组治疗过程中均无明显不良反应。结论：温针灸配合药物治疗膝关节退行性关节炎明显优于单纯温针灸治疗，可以明显改善膝关节退行性关节炎病情。
목적：탐토온침구연합중약치료슬관절퇴행성관절염적림상료효。방법：장100례슬관절퇴행성관절염환자수궤분위치료조화대조조，각50례。량조균취혈：내외슬안、학정혈。치료조재침구기출상가용중약치료。경치료관찰량조환자적치료효과。결과：경과비교치료조재치유솔상명현고우대조조，차이구유통계학의의（P＜0．05）。량조치료과정중균무명현불량반응。결론：온침구배합약물치료슬관절퇴행성관절염명현우우단순온침구치료，가이명현개선슬관절퇴행성관절염병정。
Objective:To observe the effect of warm needling plus herbs in the treatment of degenerative arthri-tis of the knee .Methods:100 patients with degenerative osteoarthritis of the knee had been collected and ran-domly divided into a treatment group and a control group , 50 cases in each group .Both groups were given warm needling with Neixiyan ,Waixiyan and Heding .The treatment group was given herbs additionally .Results:After treatment, the clinically curative rate of treatment group was better than that in the control group .There was a significant difference in the comparison of two groups according to the curative effect (P<0.05).There was no obviously side effects in the process of treatment in two groups .Conclusion:Warm needling with herbs in the treatment of degenerative arthritis of the knee has a better clinical effect than warm needling only .
