目的：观察针刺加中药穴位敷贴治疗类风湿关节炎活动期的临床疗效。方法：90例确诊为类风湿关节炎活动期的患者随机分为治疗组、联合治疗组和对照组，治疗组予针刺治疗，联合治疗组予针刺加中药穴位敷贴治疗，对照组予口服西药甲氨蝶呤治疗，观察各组的临床治疗效果、实验室指标和不良反应。结果：联合治疗组治疗效果、体征变化和ESR改变均优于治疗组和对照组。结论：针刺加中药穴位敷贴治疗类风湿关节炎疗效好，毒副作用小，值得在临床推广应用。
목적：관찰침자가중약혈위부첩치료류풍습관절염활동기적림상료효。방법：90례학진위류풍습관절염활동기적환자수궤분위치료조、연합치료조화대조조，치료조여침자치료，연합치료조여침자가중약혈위부첩치료，대조조여구복서약갑안접령치료，관찰각조적림상치료효과、실험실지표화불량반응。결과：연합치료조치료효과、체정변화화ESR개변균우우치료조화대조조。결론：침자가중약혈위부첩치료류풍습관절염료효호，독부작용소，치득재림상추엄응용。
Objective:To observe the curative effect of acupuncture plus acupoint application of Chinese medi -cine in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis at active stage .Mtehods:90 cases of rheumatoid arthritis at active stage were randomly divided into a treatment group ,the combined treatment group and a control group .The treat-ment group was given acupuncture treatment;the combined treatment group was given acupuncture plus acupoint application of Chinese medicine treatment;and the control group was treated with oral western medicine Metho-trexate therapy .Therapeutic effect , adverse reactions and laboratory indexes were observed .Results:The thera-peutic effect , physical signs and ESR changes in the combined treatment group were better than those in the treatment group and control group .Conclusion:Acupuncture plus acupoint application of Chinese medicine for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis has a good curative effect ,with little side effects ,which is worth application in clinic .
