目的：观察 mTOR 蛋白在 Her-2阴性乳腺癌中的表达，探讨其与 Her-2阴性乳腺癌发生发展相关性，为Her-2阴性乳腺癌寻找新的治疗靶点。方法采用免疫组织化学技术检测65例 Her-2阴性乳腺癌、癌旁组织及正常乳腺组织中 mTOR 的表达情况。结果 Her-2阴性乳腺癌组织中 mTOR 蛋白表达明显高于癌旁组织及正常乳腺组织，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。mTOR 阳性表达在腋窝淋巴结阳性组明显高于淋巴结阴性组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。结论mTOR 可能与 Her-2阴性乳腺癌发生与发展相关，与腋窝淋巴结转移相关，可作为 Her-2阴性乳腺癌的预后指标及新的治疗靶点。
목적：관찰 mTOR 단백재 Her-2음성유선암중적표체，탐토기여 Her-2음성유선암발생발전상관성，위Her-2음성유선암심조신적치료파점。방법채용면역조직화학기술검측65례 Her-2음성유선암、암방조직급정상유선조직중 mTOR 적표체정황。결과 Her-2음성유선암조직중 mTOR 단백표체명현고우암방조직급정상유선조직，차이유통계학의의（P ＜0．05）。mTOR 양성표체재액와림파결양성조명현고우림파결음성조，차이유통계학의의（P ＜0．05）。결론mTOR 가능여 Her-2음성유선암발생여발전상관，여액와림파결전이상관，가작위 Her-2음성유선암적예후지표급신적치료파점。
Objective We examined the expression of mTOR protein in Her-2 negative breast cancer.Discussits clin-ical significance and looks for new therapeutic target for Her-2 negative breast cancer.Methods mTOR were deter-mined immunohistochemically in 65 cases of Her-2 negative breast cancer,tumor-adjacent tissues and normal tissues. Results Positive mTOR expression was noted in Her-2 negative breast cancer apparently higher than tumor-adjacent tissues and normal tissues(P <0.05).it was also obviously higher in group with axillary lymphnode metastasis than in group with out lymphnode metastasis(P <0.05).Conclusion Expression of mTOR?significantly increased in Her-2 negative breast cancer.The detection of mTOR play an important role in tumorigenesi,it has significant correlation with axillary lymphnode metastasiss,and provide a new road for trentment of Her-2 negative breast cancer.
