目的：探讨脑梗死（CI）患者血清尿酸（UA）与血脂及颈动脉硬化斑块之间的关系。方法分别测定98例CI 患者及49例体检健康者血清 UA 和血脂浓度，并对其中78例 CI 患者进行颈动脉超声检查。结果CI 组的血清UA 为（310．88±90．91）μmol/L，显著高于对照组（266．96±55．04）μmol/L（P ＝0．000）；CI 患者的年龄和血清 UA水平与颈动脉硬化斑块的形成呈明显正相关；甘油三酯和总胆固醇均升高的患者血清 UA 水平高于血脂正常、单纯高甘油三酯和单纯高总胆固醇的患者（均 P ＜0．05）。结论血清 UA 升高与 CI 密切相关，其与患者血脂水平和颈动脉硬化斑块的形成有关，可作为诊断 CI 和颈动脉斑块形成的参考指标。
목적：탐토뇌경사（CI）환자혈청뇨산（UA）여혈지급경동맥경화반괴지간적관계。방법분별측정98례CI 환자급49례체검건강자혈청 UA 화혈지농도，병대기중78례 CI 환자진행경동맥초성검사。결과CI 조적혈청UA 위（310．88±90．91）μmol/L，현저고우대조조（266．96±55．04）μmol/L（P ＝0．000）；CI 환자적년령화혈청 UA수평여경동맥경화반괴적형성정명현정상관；감유삼지화총담고순균승고적환자혈청 UA 수평고우혈지정상、단순고감유삼지화단순고총담고순적환자（균 P ＜0．05）。결론혈청 UA 승고여 CI 밀절상관，기여환자혈지수평화경동맥경화반괴적형성유관，가작위진단 CI 화경동맥반괴형성적삼고지표。
Objective To investigate the relationship of serum concentration of UA with blood lipid and carotid ath-erosclerotic plaque in CI patients.Methods Serum concentration of UA and blood lipid in 98 CI patients and 49 normal controls were detected respectively.78 CI patients were tested by carotid ultrasound.Results The level of serum UA in CI patients was (310.88 ± 90.91)μmol/L,significantly higher than control group (266.96 ± 55.04)μmol/L (P =0.000);The age and the level of serum UA had significantly positive correlation with the formation of carotid plaque. The level of UA in CI patients whose triglycerides and total cholesterol were both elevatory were higher than that in normal plasma lipid patients and that in merely high triglycerides or merely high cholesterol patients(P <0.05).Conclu-sion The rise of serum UA was associated with CI closely.UA level related to the blood lipid and the formation of ca-rotid plaques in CI patients,it can be used as an indicator of the diagnosis of CI and the formation of carotid plaques.
