基于备品备件管理系统的研究现状及发展趋势的分析,结合矿山企业的备品备件管理现状指出了备品备件管理系统设计与开发研究的必要性;基于企业调查和需求分析,设计并建立了备品备件管理系统的管理目标,对系统功能模块进行了详细分析及设计,以供应链协同管理为主线建立了系统的集成管理流程;采用Power Designer建模软件设计了系统的物理数据模型,以目前先进的J2EE框架技术对系统关键功能模块进行了开发和测试;通过矿山企业的实际应用使得备货成本降低了20%左右,物料利用率提高了10%左右,物料库存降低了15%左右;通过备品备件从采购到报废整个生命周期的集成管理,为增强矿山企业设备维护和备品备件采购优化管理提供了强有力的数据支撑环境,有效地提高了矿山企业备品备件管理的整体效率和水平。

Based on the analysis of research status and development tendency of spare parts management system ,the necessity of spare parts management system of mining enterprises was pointed out combining with present situation of informationization management of mining enterprises ;Based on the inspection on the site and demand analysis ,the goals of spare parts management system were established and system function modules were described and designed in detail ,collaborative management of supply chain as the core ,integrated management flow was established ;The physical data model of spare parts management system was designed by Power Designer software ,some key functional modules of spare parts management system were developed and tested integratedly with the most advanced framework combination technology of J2EE;Through spare parts management system ’ s practical application of some mining enterprises ,spare stock cost was reduced by an average of 20 percent ,the utilization rate of materials was raised by an average of 10 percent ,materials stock was reduced by an average of 15 percent ;Through integration management of spare parts based on the entire life cycle from procurement to scrap ,strong data supporting environment was provided to strength the optimal management of equipment maintenance and spare parts purchasing for mining enterprises ,the overall level of management and efficiency of spare parts management for metal mine enterprises had been enhanced effectively .
