针对大规模风电接入给电网安全运行带来的新问题和新挑战,在分析蒙东地区风电运行特点的基础上,从定性和定量两个角度研究了蒙东风电消纳问题。根据蒙东电网的特点,从加强调峰电源和跨区电网建设、突破风电并网运行关键技术、建立完善风电发展的配套政策措施等角度,提出了促进蒙东地区风电消纳的应对措施。

In view of the new problems and new challenges of large-scaled wind power integration imposed to the safe operation of the power grid,on the basis of an analysis of wind power operation characteristics in the eastern region of Inner Mongolia, this paper studies the wind power digestion both qualitatively and quantitatively. According to the characteristics of the power grid in the region,the paper puts forward the corresponding measures of promotion of the wind power digestion in the region,ranging from strengthening the peaking power resources and building of the trans-regional power grid,making breakthroughs in the key technologies of wind power integration to establishing and improving the supporting policies for wind power development.
