结合备自投装置对提高供电可靠性的作用,分析了备自投装置的动作条件和动作要求,针对含有分布式电源接入的110 kV变电站,研究了主供电源因故障跳闸后,系统电压、频率变化情况。通过线路、母联和区域备自投装置在广东电网的应用,论述了各种类型备自投装置恢复对变电站供电的原理,同时为提高备自投装置动作可靠性,提出了应采取加强小电源接线管理和联切小电源的应对措施。通过应对措施,可减少小电源对备自投装置的影响,缩短备自投装置动作时间,提高了地区供电可靠性,减少了变电站的负荷损失。

Considering effects of the auto-switch-on device on the power quality improvement this paper examines the ope-rating conditions and action requirements of the auto-switch-on device. For a 110 kV substation connected with distributed power,the paper studies fluctuations of the system voltage and frequency when the main supply power is tripped. Based on applications of the transmission line auto-switch-on device,bus auto-switch-on device and regional power grid of auto-switch-on device in the Guangdong Power Grid,the paper explains the principles of restoring the substation power supply of the various types of auto-switch-on devices. And to improve the reliability of the auto-switch-on device,the paper proposes measures to be taken for strengthening the management and associated discon-nection of distributed power. Implementation of these measures helps to reduce the impact of distributed power on the auto-switch-on device,shorten the time of the auto-switch-on device and improve the regional power supply reliability and lessen the load loss of the substation.
