山东后村变电站中,大量工业负载引起谐波干扰,导致电能质量严重超标。为了有效解决此问题,通过PSCAD仿真软件等效模拟实际电网系统工况,设计“无源+有源”谐波治理方案,在变电站中压侧安装传统滤波装置及SVG (Static Var Generator---高压动态无功补偿发生装置,或静止同步补偿器)。对比分析治理方案实施前后系统电流的变化,结果表明,滤波补偿装置加装后对系统的各次谐波均有明显的抑制效果。

산동후촌변전참중,대량공업부재인기해파간우,도치전능질량엄중초표。위료유효해결차문제,통과PSCAD방진연건등효모의실제전망계통공황,설계“무원+유원”해파치리방안,재변전참중압측안장전통려파장치급SVG (Static Var Generator---고압동태무공보상발생장치,혹정지동보보상기)。대비분석치리방안실시전후계통전류적변화,결과표명,려파보상장치가장후대계통적각차해파균유명현적억제효과。
Harmonic disturbances caused by a large number of industrial loads have led to severely poor power quality at Houcun Substation in Shandong. To address this problem effectively,the working conditions of the actual power system is simulated with PSCAD simulation software,and the“passive and active”Harmonic Suppression scheme is designed and the traditional filtering device and SVG(Static Var Generator,high voltage dynamic reactive power compensation device,or Static synchronous compensator)are installed at the medium voltage side of the substation. Through analyzing the system current changes before and after implementation of the scheme,it is shown that filtering compensation devices have obvious inhibi-tory effect on harmonics of the power system.
