电力系统在线安全稳定控制决策优化需要综合考虑电网实时运行工况、外部环境及其对电网影响情况和各类安全稳定控制的特点,需采用有效的算法对可用的安全稳定控制措施集进行动态调整,以保证辅助决策结果的可行性与经济性。提出一种根据电网运行的外部环境变化动态调整安全稳定候选控制措施集的方法。该方法根据电网的实时运行工况、灾害引发输电线路故障概率等信息,在线动态识别受外部环境影响的厂站、设备(含负荷母线)及受影响程度,再根据设备受影响的情况自动修正相应控制措施的调节范围和调节代价,从而使得预防控制结果适应外部环境的变化,并以实际电网算例验证了方法的有效性。

Optimization of the online security and stability control decisions for power system needs to consider real-time operating conditions,the external environment and its impact on the grid conditions and the characteristics of various types of security and stability control,and efficient algorithms can be used to dynamically adjust the security and stability of the available control measures set to ensure that the results of the supporting decisions are feasible and economical. This paper presents a method for dynamically adjusting the security and stability candidate control measures set according to changes in the external environment of the grid operation. According to real-time operating conditions of the power grid and the proba-bility of failure of transmission lines caused by disasters and other information,this method can identify the affected subs-tation and equipment(including the load bus)and the extent of the impact of the external environment,and then automatically correct the conditions of the affected equipment and adjust the range and cost so that the prevention control results adapt to changes in the external environment. The actual grid examples demonstrate the effectiveness of the method.
