近年来，由于肉驴生长周期长、养殖水平低、产业政策扶持少，我国肉驴产业发展缓慢，多数地区以散养、役用为主，但是驴肉及其加工制品的价格却一直在攀升，加之驴肉的营养价值很高，因此，深受消费者青睐。为了进一步推进肉驴养殖及其加工产业发展，通过对全国部分肉驴养殖及加工企业的调查，对当前肉驴养殖产业的发展现状、存在问题进行了简要分析，并提出了相应的对策建议，为今后肉驴产业的健康快速发展提供参考依据。
近年來，由于肉驢生長週期長、養殖水平低、產業政策扶持少，我國肉驢產業髮展緩慢，多數地區以散養、役用為主，但是驢肉及其加工製品的價格卻一直在攀升，加之驢肉的營養價值很高，因此，深受消費者青睞。為瞭進一步推進肉驢養殖及其加工產業髮展，通過對全國部分肉驢養殖及加工企業的調查，對噹前肉驢養殖產業的髮展現狀、存在問題進行瞭簡要分析，併提齣瞭相應的對策建議，為今後肉驢產業的健康快速髮展提供參攷依據。
근년래，유우육려생장주기장、양식수평저、산업정책부지소，아국육려산업발전완만，다수지구이산양、역용위주，단시려육급기가공제품적개격각일직재반승，가지려육적영양개치흔고，인차，심수소비자청래。위료진일보추진육려양식급기가공산업발전，통과대전국부분육려양식급가공기업적조사，대당전육려양식산업적발전현상、존재문제진행료간요분석，병제출료상응적대책건의，위금후육려산업적건강쾌속발전제공삼고의거。
In recent years, because of long growth cycle, low breeding level , lack of policy sup-port, development of meat donkey industry in China is slow, most area range or working fed , but the prices of donkey meat and its processed products have been rising, and the nutritional value of donkey meat is very high, therefore favored by consumers. In order to further promote the development of aqua-culture and processing industries of meat donkey , through the investigation on part of meat donkey breeding and processing enterprises in China, makes a brief analysis on the current situation and exist problems,puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,to provide reference basis for healthy and rapid development of meat donkey industry .
