针对某车型怠速转向异响问题,利用实车测试和 CAE 软件进行分析,找出异响原因,并提出了整改措施。利用 CFD 软件对整改前、后管路流场进行分析,结果显示整改后管路中的湍流大大降低,降低了由于湍流而产生噪声的风险。通过实车验证表明,整改后管路可有效解决该车型转向异响问题。

To eliminate abnormal steering noise of an idling vehicle, we use vehicle test and CAE software to analyze and identify the causes of the abnormal noise, and propose corrective measures. We use CFD software to analyze pipeline flow field before and after rectification, the results show that after rectification of the pipeline, the turbulence is greatly reduced, which reduces the risk of the noise generated by turbulence. The vehicle test verifies that the rectified pipeline can effectively eliminate the abnormal steering noise during idling.
