着眼联合作战复杂性特点及对指挥控制的新要求,构建了面向任务的炮兵行动指挥控制新模式,分析了其特点与工作流程,运用系统动力学(SD)理论建立面向任务的炮兵行动指挥控制模型,探究了指挥控制的内在机制及各影响因素作用关系。以“多对多式”炮兵区分为例,仿真论证了面向任务的指挥控制方式的优越性、适用时机与条件,为提升联合作战条件下指挥控制效率提供决策依据。

According to joint operation complex characteristics and its demand for command and control method,a new artillery command and control method combat task-oriented is constructed,its work process and mechanism is analyzed,using System Dynamics (SD)theory,artillery command and control model is constructed to study command and control inner mechanism. A combat case of artillery differentiation‘many to many’method is taken for an example to simulate and verify this method,some reliable results are gained,which can provide decision-making for improving joint operation artillery command and control efficiency.
