在长江三峡水库的供水及消落期,出现了发电、供水、航运、两湖地区防洪和地质灾害治理诸多问题,为此,提出了补水调度、生态调度、电网应急保电及库尾减淤调度等措施,以满足三峡水库消落期的供水需求。

In the falling stage of Three Gorges reservoir , problems arose in the power generation , water supply , ship-ping, and flood and geo-hazard control in Hubei and Hunan provinces .In this paper, dispatching measures are proposed to fulfill the requirements of water supply in the falling stage , including the water supplement dispatching , ecological dispatching , emergency power generation for the grid , and dispatching measures to reduce the sedimentation in the tail of reservoir .
