为了提高粉唑醇的杀菌广谱性以及对木材腐朽菌和绿色木霉等霉菌的杀菌活性,对其进行化学改性,经傅克反应、羰基环氧化反应、开环反应得到5种化合物,所有化合物均经质谱( MS)和核磁共振氢谱(1H NMR)确证。抑菌实验表明,质量分数在0.5%~2%范围内,相同质量分数时,α-(2,4-二氯苯基)-α-(4-氯苯基)-1-氢-1,2,4-三唑-乙醇(3b)和α-(2,4-二氯苯基)-α-(4-甲苯基)-1-氢-1,2,4-三唑-乙醇(3d)对绿色木霉的抑菌效果均优于粉唑醇,3b对彩绒革盖菌、密粘褶菌的抑菌效果与粉唑醇相当。

위료제고분서순적살균엄보성이급대목재부후균화록색목매등매균적살균활성,대기진행화학개성,경부극반응、탄기배양화반응、개배반응득도5충화합물,소유화합물균경질보( MS)화핵자공진경보(1H NMR)학증。억균실험표명,질량분수재0.5%~2%범위내,상동질량분수시,α-(2,4-이록분기)-α-(4-록분기)-1-경-1,2,4-삼서-을순(3b)화α-(2,4-이록분기)-α-(4-갑분기)-1-경-1,2,4-삼서-을순(3d)대록색목매적억균효과균우우분서순,3b대채융혁개균、밀점습균적억균효과여분서순상당。
In order to improve the bactericidal broad-spectrum and antibacterial effects on wood decay fungi and mold , flutriafol was chemically modified by Friedel-Crafts acylation, Corey-Chaykovsky reaction and 1,2-Epoxide opening reaction .Five compounds were obtained which were confirmed by the means of MS and 1H NMR.Through bacteriostatic experimentation , in the range of 0.5%-2%and of the same mass fraction,α-(2,4-dichlorophenyl)-α-(4-chlorphenyl)-1-H-1, 2, 4-triazol-alcohol (3b) and α-(2,4-dichlorophenyl)-α-(4-tolyl)-1-H-1, 2, 4-triazol-alcohol (3d) had a stronger inhibitory effect on Trichoderma viride than flutriafol.The inhibitory effect of 3b on Coriolus versicolor and Gloeophyllum trabeum was compa-rable to that of flutriafol .
