Acrocarpus fraxinifolius Wight et Arn.%Physical properties of wood%Mechanical properties of wood
以36年生人工林顶果木材为试验研究材料,对其木材物理力学性质进行了测定与分析。结果表明:顶果木人工林木材基本密度、气干密度、全干密度分别为:0.463、0.553、0.513 g/cm3,属中等级别;抗弯强度90.46 MPa、抗弯弹性模量7189.06 MPa、冲击韧性55.81 kJ/m2、端面硬度5487.80 N、顺纹抗压强度42.47 MPa、横纹径向全部抗压比例极限应力6.58 MPa、横纹弦向全部抗压比例极限应力6.02 MPa、横纹径向局部抗压比例极限应力9.68 MPa、横纹弦向局部抗压比例极限应力7.99 MPa。木材抗弯强度、冲击韧性、端面硬度、顺纹抗压强度、横纹抗压强度,均属中等级别;抗弯弹性模量属低级别;综合品质系数2871×105Pa,属高等级材。
以36年生人工林頂果木材為試驗研究材料,對其木材物理力學性質進行瞭測定與分析。結果錶明:頂果木人工林木材基本密度、氣榦密度、全榦密度分彆為:0.463、0.553、0.513 g/cm3,屬中等級彆;抗彎彊度90.46 MPa、抗彎彈性模量7189.06 MPa、遲擊韌性55.81 kJ/m2、耑麵硬度5487.80 N、順紋抗壓彊度42.47 MPa、橫紋徑嚮全部抗壓比例極限應力6.58 MPa、橫紋絃嚮全部抗壓比例極限應力6.02 MPa、橫紋徑嚮跼部抗壓比例極限應力9.68 MPa、橫紋絃嚮跼部抗壓比例極限應力7.99 MPa。木材抗彎彊度、遲擊韌性、耑麵硬度、順紋抗壓彊度、橫紋抗壓彊度,均屬中等級彆;抗彎彈性模量屬低級彆;綜閤品質繫數2871×105Pa,屬高等級材。
이36년생인공림정과목재위시험연구재료,대기목재물리역학성질진행료측정여분석。결과표명:정과목인공림목재기본밀도、기간밀도、전간밀도분별위:0.463、0.553、0.513 g/cm3,속중등급별;항만강도90.46 MPa、항만탄성모량7189.06 MPa、충격인성55.81 kJ/m2、단면경도5487.80 N、순문항압강도42.47 MPa、횡문경향전부항압비례겁한응력6.58 MPa、횡문현향전부항압비례겁한응력6.02 MPa、횡문경향국부항압비례겁한응력9.68 MPa、횡문현향국부항압비례겁한응력7.99 MPa。목재항만강도、충격인성、단면경도、순문항압강도、횡문항압강도,균속중등급별;항만탄성모량속저급별;종합품질계수2871×105Pa,속고등급재。
We studied the physical and mechanical properties of the wood with a 36-year-old Acrocarpus fraxinifolius Wight et Arn.The average densities of basic wood, air-dried and oven-dried were 0.463, 0.553, and 0.513 g/cm3 , respectively, belonging to the middle level .The mechanical properties of A.fraxinifolius Wight et Arn .were with the bending strength of 90.46 MPa, the bending elastic modulus of 7 189.06 MPa, the impact toughness of 55.81 kJ/m2 , the hardness of cross ra-dial direction of 5 487.80 MPa, compressive strength parallel to grain of 42.47 MPa, the horizontal all compressive propor-tional limit stress of radial direction and tangential direction of 6.58 and 6.02 MPa, and the horizontal local compressive proportional limit stress of radial direction and tangential direction of 9.68 and 7.99 MPa, respectively.Compressive strength parallel to grain , the hardness on cross surface , bending strength , impact toughness , and horizontal compressive strength were medium .Volume shrinkage coefficient and differential shrinkage were in the high level , and the bending elastic modulus was in the low level.The quality factor is 2.871×108 Pa, belonging to high-grade material.
