针对一类工业过程稳态优化控制问题,基于系统优化与参数估计集成方法(ISOPE),提出了一种可求其最优解的迭代优化算法。ISOPE方法的一个关键步骤是估计过程输出导数。为了有效地估计过程输出导数,提出了一种最小二乘方法。与已有的ISOPE方法相比,该算法不仅获得了工业过程稳态优化控制问题的最优解,而且具有计算成本低的优点。
針對一類工業過程穩態優化控製問題,基于繫統優化與參數估計集成方法(ISOPE),提齣瞭一種可求其最優解的迭代優化算法。ISOPE方法的一箇關鍵步驟是估計過程輸齣導數。為瞭有效地估計過程輸齣導數,提齣瞭一種最小二乘方法。與已有的ISOPE方法相比,該算法不僅穫得瞭工業過程穩態優化控製問題的最優解,而且具有計算成本低的優點。

An iterative optimization algorithm for steady-state optimizing control of a class of industrial processes is proposed.The scheme is based on the Integrated System Optimization and Parameter Esti-mation (ISOPE)technique.A key step in the implementation of ISOPE method is to estimate the de-rivatives of process outputs.To efficiently achieve this task,a least square approach is presented in this work.Compared with the current ISOPE methods,our proposed algorithm not only obtains the op-timal solution for steady-state optimizing control problem of industrial processes,but also has a low computational burden.
