提出了一种电击转化枯草芽孢杆菌的方法。该方法通过调节细胞培养和电击转化过程中培养基和溶液成分来调节细胞渗透压,提高细胞在高电场强度电击后的存活率而达到提高转化效率的目的。优化前的转化率为5.0×105 cfu/μg,经优化后转化效率可达8×106 cfu/μg,比优化前提高了15倍。
提齣瞭一種電擊轉化枯草芽孢桿菌的方法。該方法通過調節細胞培養和電擊轉化過程中培養基和溶液成分來調節細胞滲透壓,提高細胞在高電場彊度電擊後的存活率而達到提高轉化效率的目的。優化前的轉化率為5.0×105 cfu/μg,經優化後轉化效率可達8×106 cfu/μg,比優化前提高瞭15倍。

This article provides a method of electro-transformation in Bacillus Subtilis.This method is to regulate cell osmotic pressure and solution composition by regulating cell culture and shock in the process of transformation medium,for improving the survival rate after cells in high electric field in-tensity of electric shock and achieving the goal that improve the transformation efficiency.The trans-formation rate is 5.0 ×105cfu/μg before optimizing.After optimizing,the transformation efficiency is up to 8 ×106 cfu/μg,being 15 times higher than before optimization.It greatly promotes the conver-sion efficiency.
