运用挤出压印成型制备了表面添加微结构的PS漫反射板和PMMA扩散板，测试了漫反射板的反射率和漫反射率及扩散板的透光率和雾度。基于前期制备的微结构配光材料，将其应用在格栅灯上，测试了格栅灯的光学性能。微结构配光材料提高了格栅灯的光效，同时保障了光线均匀性。
