采用静态计算法,以水土保持措施累计有效面积,分别计算坡改梯、水保林、经济林的直接效益和间接效益。直接经济效益采用2003~2012年累计治理资料,分别对坡改梯、水保林、经济林等效益进行分析。间接效益只计算了节约土地和节省劳动力。在进行水土保持综合治理时,要坚持以人为本的治理理念,处理好生态建设与群众脱贫致富的关系。
