在北方冬季跨流域调水中,水流在年底至次年初发生结冰现象。输水河道在此期间,经过岸冰、冰花、溜冰、冰盖等冰情,造成河道输水水位抬升,流量变小,输水能力减低,且水位流量关系复杂。调水河道在冰寒加剧和高水位运行下,个别河段甚至出现冰塞、冰坝等冰灾现象,直接威胁到河道堤防安全,增加了输水管理的难度。研究分析冰期水流变化规律,对冰期输水监测及调度管理具有重要意义。

재북방동계과류역조수중,수류재년저지차년초발생결빙현상。수수하도재차기간,경과안빙、빙화、류빙、빙개등빙정,조성하도수수수위태승,류량변소,수수능력감저,차수위류량관계복잡。조수하도재빙한가극화고수위운행하,개별하단심지출현빙새、빙패등빙재현상,직접위협도하도제방안전,증가료수수관리적난도。연구분석빙기수류변화규률,대빙기수수감측급조도관리구유중요의의。
The interbasin water diversion in the northern wint er, frozen phenomenonis in the water flow at the end of the year to the second year. During this time ,the water river through the shore ice, ice flowers, ice skating and ice cover, caus-ing river water level rise, the flow becomes smaller, water capacity is reduced and the relationship between water level and discharge complex. Water diversion in the cold and high water level, individual reach even has ice jam and ice dam, it is a direct threat to the safety of river embankment and increased management difficulties of interbasin water diversion . Analy-sis of change law of flow in the ice age is of great significance to the glacial water monitoring and scheduling management.
