岗南、黄壁庄水库是南水北调中线京石段应急供水的主要水源,具有与南水北调中线工程补偿调节的条件。在南水北调中线干线全线通水和河北省配套工程运行后,通过分析岗黄水库可在中线来水不足的年份向南水北调系统补水能力,提出了补水量应以不显著影响其自身的农业供水为控制原则的措施。

Gangnan and Huangbizhuang reservoirs[GHR] are the main water source for emergency water supply to Beijing from Shijiazhuang , and they have regulation condition to the middle route of South-to-North Water Transfer Project [MSNP]. GHR can also supply water to MSNP in order to increase the grantee for Hebei distribution towns, but should not significantly affect their own agricultural water supply as the basic principle.
