高校学生党员理想信念教育工作新媒体环境的形成，既为教育模式、教育内容的创新和增强受教育者的参与性提供了良好的机遇，也对传统教育模式、教育者自身素质和工作阵地建设提出了全新的挑战，客观上要求高校建立和完善全员参与的工作模式，提升教育者和教育对象的新媒体素养，加强新媒体环境下的教育理论创新研究，构建和完善与新媒体环境相适应的工作保障体系，以实现学生党员理想信念教育工作的创新。

The formation of the new media environment for the ideal and faith education of college student Party members provides sound opportunities for the innovation of educational patterns and content and for the enhancement of students’participation.It also challenges the traditional educational patterns,the educators ’ qualification and the construction of work foundation. Thus, obj ectively colleges are required to build and perfect the work patterns of all staff participation,to improve the new media accomplishments of the educators and the educated, to enhance the innovative studies of educational theories under the new media environment, and to construct and perfect the working assurance system adapting to the new media environment in order to realize the innovation of ideal and faith education of student Party members.
