满来梁煤矿回风斜井倾角25°,斜长418.9m ,采用EBZ-150型悬臂式掘进机掘进,CASS-C15型小型挖掘机装岩,6m3前卸式箕斗提升。地面设翻车架,将矸石从箕斗直接卸入自卸汽车内,运到排矸场地。井筒平均日进尺6.5m ,平均月进尺172.5m ,最高月进尺200 m ,施工速度比传统的钻爆法掘进工艺提高了约65%,实现了快速施工;且工程质量好,安全有保障,经济效益明显。扼要介绍了该斜井机械化作业线配套设备、施工工艺及施工效果。

A mine air returning inclined shaft of Manlailiang Mine had an inclined angle of 25° and in-clined length of 418.9m.An EBZ-150 mode boom type roadheader was applied to the heading of the in-clined shaft ,CASS-C15 mode small type excavator was applied to the rock loading and 6m3 front side dumping type skip was applied to the hoisting.On the surface ground of the mine inclined shaft ,there was a vehicle roll-over frame ,the waste rock would be loaded down from the skip to the self dumping truck and the trucks would dump the waste rock on the waste rock dumping site.An average daily ad-vancing rate of the inclined shaft was 6.5m ,an average month advancing rate was 172.5m and a max month advancing rate was 200m.The construction speed was about 65% faster than the conventional drilling and blasting heading technique and a rapid construction was realized.The quality of the project was good ,the safety has the safeguard and the economic benefit was obvious.The paper briefly intro-duced the matching equipment of the mechanized operation line ,construction technology and construc-tion effect of the mechanized operation line in the mine inclined shaft.
