针对目前井筒冻结站盐水泵控制系统存在的故障率高、调速性能差、操作复杂、能耗大等问题,提出了一种采用PLC和变频器来控制盐水泵运行,并采用组态软件WinCC来实时监控系统工作状态的方案。杨村煤矿风井冻结站实际应用表明,盐水泵变频控制系统自动化程度高,调速性能好,节能效果明显,1个月可节约电费9万元以上。

According to the problems of high fault rate ,poor speed regulation performances ,complicated operation ,high energy consumption and others existed in a control system of brine pump applied in a mine shaft freezing station ,the paper provided a plan that a PLC and frequency convertor applied to control the operation of the brine pump and a configuration software WinCC applied to timely monitor and control the working status of the system .The actual application of the freezing station to the mine ventilation shaft in Yangcun Mine showed that frequency conversion control system of the brine pump was high in automation and good in the speed regulation performance.The energy saving effect was re-markable and over RMB 90 000 of electric power fee could be saved in a month.
