青海能源发展(集团)鱼卡公司煤矿2920运输巷设计长度2200m ,直墙半圆拱形断面,布置在煤7中,沿煤层顶板掘进,为三软煤层巷道,埋深300 m。为降低支护成本,巷道支护形式以锚网、锚索和锚带支护为主;在特殊地段,增加U 型钢支架、喷射混凝土和注浆加固等不同组合形式的联合支护,取得了预期效果。重点介绍了该三软煤层巷道正常情况、较大压力和变形大时3种情况下的支护方案及支护效果。

A designed length of No.2920 transportation gateway in Yuqia Company’s Mine of Qinghai Energy Development Group was 2200m.The mine gateway with a vertical sidewall and semi-circle arch cross section was placed in No.7 seam and was driven along the roof of the seam.The mine gate-way was in a seam with a soft roof ,soft coal and soft floor and was in a depth of 300m.In order to re-duce a support cost ,the support mode of the mine gateway was mainly based on bolt-steel mesh ,an-chor and bolt steel band.At some special section of the gateway ,a combined support with a U type steel square support ,shotcreting ,grouting reinforcement and other different composited modes was a-dopted and an expected effect was obtained.The paper stressed the introduction on three support plans and support effects under a normal condition ,high strata pressures and large deformation of the mine gateway in the seam with the soft roof ,soft coal and soft floor.
