赵庄煤矿新回风立井设计净直径8.6m ,井深428.35m ,工期要求为330d。对该井筒3种可行的施工方案进行了比选,确定了最佳方案,即地面预注浆,反井钻井刷大。该施工方案月成井可达150 m以上,成本比普通法施工降低1/3左右;且施工安全,操作简单,设备移动方便,劳动强度低,效率高。该井筒采用该方案施工后,实现了安全、优质、快速施工,实际工期比计划工期提前了10d ,取得了较好的效果。

A designed net diameter of a new mine air returning shaft in Zhaozhuang Mine was 8.6m ,a depth of the mine shaft was 428.35m and a construction period required was 330 days.A comparison collection was conducted on the three feasible construction alternatives of the mine shaft ,an optimized alternative was determined and was pre-grouting at the surface ground and reaming of raise boring.The month shaft completed rate of the construction alternative would be over 150m and the cost could be reduced by about 1/3 lower than conventional construction method.The construction alternative could have a safety construction ,simple operation ,easy equipment movement ,low labor intensity and high efficiency.When the construction alternative applied to the construction of the mine shaft ,a safe-ty ,excellent quality and rapid construction were realized ,an actual construction period was 10 days earlier than the schedule construction period and a good effect was obtained.
