新上海一矿北翼轨道大巷为软岩巷道,掘进断面较大,原采用“锚网喷+锚索+29U型钢支架+复喷”支护,一次支护为锚网喷+锚索。一次支护15d后,巷道即出现顶板下沉及底鼓现象。后来通过不断摸索与实践,改用“锚网喷+锚索+单层钢筋网反底拱+钢筋混凝土碹+壁后注浆”支护,分2次进行,有效地控制了巷道变形,加快了施工速度,使得巷道平均月进尺由原来的50 m左右提高到了75 m ,达到了预期效果。

신상해일광북익궤도대항위연암항도,굴진단면교대,원채용“묘망분+묘색+29U형강지가+복분”지호,일차지호위묘망분+묘색。일차지호15d후,항도즉출현정판하침급저고현상。후래통과불단모색여실천,개용“묘망분+묘색+단층강근망반저공+강근혼응토선+벽후주장”지호,분2차진행,유효지공제료항도변형,가쾌료시공속도,사득항도평균월진척유원래적50 m좌우제고도료75 m ,체도료예기효과。
The north wing railway roadway in New Shanghai No.1 Mine was a soft rock roadway with a large heading cross section.Previously ,a“bolt-steel mesh-shotcreting +anchor+29U steel truss+re-shotcreting” combined support was applied and primary support was a bolt-steel mesh-shotcreting+anchor.After 15 days of the primary support applied ,there were roof subsidence and floor heave phe-nomena occurred in the roadway.With the continuous discovery and practices ,a combined support with“bolt-steel mesh-shotcreting +anchor+single layer reinforced bar mesh reverse arch + reinforced con-crete liner+backfill grouting” was replaced and conducted with two operations.Thus the roadway de-formation was effectively controlled and the construction speed was speeded up.The average month heading rate of the mine roadway was increased from previous about 50m to 75m and an expected effect was reached.
