目的：对比观察湿润烧伤膏（MEBO）与磺胺嘧啶银（SD-Ag）治疗深Ⅱ度和Ⅲ度烧伤的临床疗效。方法将92例深Ⅱ度和Ⅲ度烧伤患者，随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组46例，治疗组采用湿润暴露疗法治疗，对照组应用磺胺嘧啶银药纱包扎治疗，对比两组患者疼痛率、感染率、手术率、瘢痕形成率及创面愈合时间。结果两组相比，治疗组疼痛发生率、瘢痕发生率、感染率及手术率均较对照组低， P＜0?05，差异具有统计学意义；治疗组创面愈合时间明显比对照组短， P＜0?05，差异具有统计学意义。结论湿润烧伤膏治疗深Ⅱ度和Ⅲ度烧伤创面具有止痛效果好、感染率低、创面愈合时间短、瘢痕形成少、无需手术等优点，是治疗深度烧伤创面的理想方法。
목적：대비관찰습윤소상고（MEBO）여광알밀정은（SD-Ag）치료심Ⅱ도화Ⅲ도소상적림상료효。방법장92례심Ⅱ도화Ⅲ도소상환자，수궤분위치료조화대조조，매조46례，치료조채용습윤폭로요법치료，대조조응용광알밀정은약사포찰치료，대비량조환자동통솔、감염솔、수술솔、반흔형성솔급창면유합시간。결과량조상비，치료조동통발생솔、반흔발생솔、감염솔급수술솔균교대조조저， P＜0?05，차이구유통계학의의；치료조창면유합시간명현비대조조단， P＜0?05，차이구유통계학의의。결론습윤소상고치료심Ⅱ도화Ⅲ도소상창면구유지통효과호、감염솔저、창면유합시간단、반흔형성소、무수수술등우점，시치료심도소상창면적이상방법。
Objective To observe comparatively the clinical effects of MEBO and SD-Ag in treating burns of deepⅡ degree andⅢdegree. Methods The 92 patients with burns of deepⅡdegree andⅢdegree were randomly divided in-to Treatment Group and Control Group, 46 cases each. The Treatment Group is treated with exposed MEBOand Control Group with SD-Ag gauze bandaging. The ratesof pain, infection, surgery, scar formation and healing time of the wound were compared. Results The rates of pain, scar formation, infection and surgery in Treatment Group were all lower than that in Control Group, P<0?05, the difference is of statistical significance;the wound healing time in Treatment Group is obvious-ly shorter than that in Control Group, P<0?05, the difference is of statistical significance. Conclusion MEBO is satisfac-tory in treating burns of deep Ⅱ degree andⅢ degree in terms of good pain relief, low infection rate, short wound healing time, less scar formation and freedom of surgery, which is anideal method for treatment of deep burns.
