在临床医学五年制教学中，通过问卷调查比较临床病理生理及治疗（ clinical pathophisiology and therapy，CPPT）教学模式与传统教学模式的不同。结果表明，CPPT教学模式下的学生在查阅文献、自主学习、基础与临床结合等方面的能力优于传统教学模式下的学生。CPPT教学能提高学生的学习效率、学习兴趣和综合能力，有助于培养学生的临床思维方式和解决问题的能力。

To compare clinical pathophisiology and therapy( CPPT)teaching model with traditional teaching model by questionnaires in 5 -year clinical medicine program. Students with CPPT teaching model are superior to those with traditional teaching model in consulting literature,self-learning,combining basic medicine with clinical medicine and so on. CPPT teaching model can improve students' learning efficiency,learning interest and comprehen-sive ability,which can contribute to cultivate clinical thinking and the ability to solve clinical problems.
