随着广东医药经济持续高速增长，社会对药学专业人才层次需求的重心上移，尤其是对高层次人才的数量和质量都提出了更高的要求。为进一步了解当前广东省药学专业研究生教育存在的问题，更有针对性地培养适合广东医药经济发展的创新型、复合型高层次药学专业人才，我们以广东省内药学专业人员使用单位作为对象，通过问卷调查的方式，了解广东省高层次药学专业人才需求状况。结果显示：广东省当前药学专业研究生教育仍存在培养类型比例不协调、培养模式与社会需求脱节、培养方案设置不够完善等问题。并针对这一现状，提出提高广东省药学专业研究生教育社会适应性的建议。

With the sustained and rapid economic growth in Guangdong ,the need of professionals in pharmacy has been increased ,especially for high-level personnel of the quantity and quality have put forward higher requirements . To further investigate the current issues of Guangdong Pharmaceutical postgraduates education ,the authors use ques-tionnaires to investigate the needs of professionals in pharmacy related units that hire pharmacy professionals in Guangdong province .The results showed that current pharmaceutical postgraduates education in Guangdong Prov-ince are still training type disproportion , training mode and social needs divorced from practice , training programs and other issues are not perfect ,this paper provides some solutions to improve adaptability of pharmaceutical post-graduates education in Guangdong .
