简要阐述山西农业大学“中药资源与开发专业”的办学背景，并对现行专业课程体系的弊端进行分析，针对就如何发挥地方农业院校及生命科学相关专业的优势，创造条件，培养出具有生物特色的中药资源与开发专业的人才提出相应的改革思路。

This paper briefly describes the educational background of the Chinese medicine resources and develop -ment Specialty in Shanxi Agricultural University ,and analyzes the disadvantages of the current curriculum system . Furthermore,it proposed the reform ideas aiming at how to fully play to the local agricultural colleges and life science's professional advantages , and how to create the conditions to cultivating the professional talents of the Chinese medicine resources and development Specialty with biological characteristics .
