利用颗粒物分级采样及烟气实时监测技术,研究稻草在涡旋燃烧炉燃烧时燃烧温度、一二次风配比、过量空气系数等参数对飞灰颗粒排放特性的影响。实验表明稻草燃烧产生的亚微米颗粒 PM1及微细颗粒PM1-2.5主要由 KCl 和 K2 SO4组成。提高燃烧温度、增大一二次风配比将增加 PM1排放浓度。试验中随着一二次风配比的增大或燃烧过量空气系数的增大,不同粒径颗粒的 S/Cl 摩尔比将增大,而适当的燃烧过量空气系数有利于减少 PM 和 CO 排放。
利用顆粒物分級採樣及煙氣實時鑑測技術,研究稻草在渦鏇燃燒爐燃燒時燃燒溫度、一二次風配比、過量空氣繫數等參數對飛灰顆粒排放特性的影響。實驗錶明稻草燃燒產生的亞微米顆粒 PM1及微細顆粒PM1-2.5主要由 KCl 和 K2 SO4組成。提高燃燒溫度、增大一二次風配比將增加 PM1排放濃度。試驗中隨著一二次風配比的增大或燃燒過量空氣繫數的增大,不同粒徑顆粒的 S/Cl 摩爾比將增大,而適噹的燃燒過量空氣繫數有利于減少 PM 和 CO 排放。
이용과립물분급채양급연기실시감측기술,연구도초재와선연소로연소시연소온도、일이차풍배비、과량공기계수등삼수대비회과립배방특성적영향。실험표명도초연소산생적아미미과립 PM1급미세과립PM1-2.5주요유 KCl 화 K2 SO4조성。제고연소온도、증대일이차풍배비장증가 PM1배방농도。시험중수착일이차풍배비적증대혹연소과량공기계수적증대,불동립경과립적 S/Cl 마이비장증대,이괄당적연소과량공기계수유리우감소 PM 화 CO 배방。
The characteristics of particles emission were studied using the aerosol sampling technology and flue gas mo -nitor.The influence of ash particles properties with different operation parameters of rice straw combustion including the furnace combustion temperature , primary /secondary air ratio and excess air coefficient was investigated .The results showed that the submicron particles PM 1 and the micro-sized particles PM1 -2.5 mostly consisted of sulfate (K2 SO4 ) and potassium chloride (KCl).A higher temperature and primary air /secondary air ratio can lead to increase emission of PM1 .In addition, a higher primary air /secondary air ratio can lead to decrease S /Cl mole ratios of different size parti-cles, as well as a lower excess air coefficient .It was also found that a properly reduction of excess air coefficient can lead a lower PM1 and CO emission.
